Sat TV, WLAN ,iron, radio, washing machine and dryer in the basement. Several parking spaces are available. Special features: Renting only by the week. No pets. Tourist tax is charged separately according to the municipal statutes and paid by the landlord to the municipality. A deposit is not charged.
